Bake Turkey Pesto Sandwich Recipe has an amazing combination of flavors and one of our family favorites! As the kids are doing schoolwork, this fast sandwich recipe is easy to throw together and pop into the oven. Lunch or Dinner alike, this is both easy and delicious!
Start by gathering your ingredients. You’ll need a hollowed Sourdough Bread Bowl, Deli Turkey, thinly sliced Cheese, Tomato, and Zucchini, and some pesto sauce.
Layer half of the ingredients and then repeat. Be generous with your layers, you will want to fill this sandwich to the brim (it will bake down a bit)!
Place the bread lid over the layered ingredients and wrap the sandwich with aluminum foil. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cut turkey pesto sandwich recipe into wedges and serve warm.
