Easy Blueberry Muffins {Creamy} are baked and ready for the morning!  My sweeties fully subscribe to the theory that breakfast is the most important meal of the day!  The last questioned asked every night is, ‘What are we having for breakfast in the morning?’  Thankfully making muffins the night before helps all of us during the morning madness of getting out the door on schooldays…and its all smiles for my Sweet B’s!

Here are the ingredients for Easy Blueberry Muffins {Creamy}.

Sour cream really makes them creamy. I use it in cupcakes too. Your pictures are so beautiful. It looks like I could pluck one out of the screen and get a mouth full of Delicious blueberries! Stopping by from Stephanie Lynn. Hope to see you at True Aim!

Just made them, super easy. I only had half the sour cream so I used half peach yogurt. Really good and moist. Timing is perfect for baking.
    I used frozen blueberries.
Made it all in my mixer, no extra bowls needed. Made cleanup a breeze

I halved this recipe, and made a dozen LARGE muffins. They were absolutely delicious! I loved that they were creamy, vanilla-y, but not overwhelmingly sweet, like many muffin recipes tend to be. This is going to be my go-to blueberry muffin recipe. Delicious, thank you!
