Pilgrim Hat Cookies, Thanksgiving Feast

November 16, 2012 by 16 Comments

Pilgrim Hat Cookies are so easy and are welcomed with a huge smile, because they are pure cuteness and because anyone who sees these realized that this is a dessert that they could throw together without much stress!  For Halloween, I made cookies and packaged them individually for Big B’s classmates.  I think his teacher caught on that I love making cookies and in Big B’s folder this week was a request for 24 cookies for Big B’s Thanksgiving Class Feast.  Pilgrim Hat Cookies was the obvious choice!  This is such an easy craft and involves absolutely no cooking and very little time!

Here are the ingredients you’ll need for Pilgrim Hat Cookies!

Just four – store bought ingredients!  Yellow Icing, Orange Tic Tacs, Peanut Butter Cups, and Striped Fudge Cookies.

Layer your cookies like this…a striped fudge cookie (stripes down), 1 teaspoon of frosting around the hole on the cookie (squeeze from the tube), peanut butter cups (unwrapped and upside down) on top of the frosting, and an orange tic tac to finish off the look with the appearance of a buckle!

Pilgrim Hat Cookies Keep Thanksgiving full of smiles!  Happy Thanksgiving Week…for more Creative Thanksgiving Recipes.
