Pumpkin Pie Crescent Rolls

Pumpkin Pie Crescent Rolls are simple and tasty. My sweet B’s have already figured out the most important meal of the day. Before we even begin eating dinner, my sweet B’s start inquiring about dessert. On most evenings, I slice up fruit and that totally works for them. Last night, I made Pumpkin Pie Crescent Rolls and it was a total treat.
Mix all of the ingredients except the chopped pecans, then unroll a tube of crescent rolls and spread some of the pumpkin mixture on one side of each triangle. Sprinkle with pecans (optional). Roll the bottom of the triangle up until you reach the point. Place them on a cookie sheet and cook until golden brown. Drizzle with honey and top with a few chopped pecans. These are delicious served warm or cold. (Stud prefers warm – I prefer cold). Pumpkin Pie Crescent rolls are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as an afternoon treat. Adapt the amount of brown sugar and chopped pecans to your family’s preference.
- 1 (8 count) refrigerated crescent rolls
- ½ can pumpkin puree
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ⅛ cup brown sugar (to your taste)
- chopped pecans
- Mix all of the ingredients, except the chopped pecans.
- Unroll a tube of crescent rolls and spread some pumpkin mixture on one side of each triangle.
- Sprinkle with pecans (optional).
- Roll the bottom of the triangle up until you reach the point.
- Place them on a cookie sheet and cook until golden brown.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes at 375.
- Delicious served warm or cold.
- Drizzle with honey and top with a few chopped pecans.
- Pumpkin Pie Crescent rolls are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as an afternoon treat.
- *Adapt the amount of brown sugar and chopped pecans to your family’s preference.
