Tortillas to Chips: Cinnamon & Sugar

Tortillas to Chips are easy to make and they taste great, especially topped with cinnamon & sugar!   Cinnamon Chips and Fruit Salsa are totally meant for each other!    If you haven’t tried these yet, you and your sweeties are in for a huge treat!

The best snacks are quick and tasty!  Cinnamon Chips are made with three ingredients that I always have stalked in my pantry!  (You probably do, too!)

Below shows the wedges prepped and ready for a little crisping in the oven.  And if I were to scan out with my camera, you’d see three little helpers waiting impatiently to devour more than their share of Cinnamon Chips!

These are great served on their own or dipped in fruit salsa!

Ingredients
  • 10 flour tortillas (10 inch diameter)
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 10 tbsp cinnamon sugar

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Brush both sides of the tortillas with melted butter.
  3. Sprinkle both sides with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Cut the tortillas into wedges and arrange on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Cool and Enjoy!
